Glow & Longevity

The Mac Daddy of Reparative Healing

This includes all the powerful regenerative effects of the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500), but adds in the beauty factor. Think real hair growth, skin that repairs itself, and whole-body recovery, all in one protocol. This is the stack I traded my Wolverine Stack in for, because it also aligns with my skincare goals.

Why I Chose KLOW

I Came for the Healing. I Stayed for the Glow.

Why I went from using the Wolverine Stack for my ACL + meniscus recovery to KLOW, adding support for inflammation, gut health, collagen, skin, and whole-body recovery.

A year ago, I tore my ACL and meniscus, and started using BPC-157 and TB-500 (the Wolverine Stack) to help my knee recover after a year of physical therapy went nowhere. That part of my story lives on my ACL Recovery page if you want the full thing.

I don't really have a dramatic story for this one, but I can tell you exactly why I decided to switch. The Wolverine Stack got me really far with my knee, but I'm still working on building it back post-ACL/meniscus, and I wanted to be able to keep pushing that leg through the season. At the same time, I've been on my own skin journey, glowing from the inside out, building collagen, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and that's what led me to add KLOW.

I also wanted to grow my hair back. I'd had a lot of hair fallout before I started hormone replacement therapy, and my first round of GHK-Cu on its own already helped it grow back. So switching to KLOW made sense, it combines GHK-Cu, the Wolverine Stack, and KPV into one protocol, a genuinely powerful combination.

Hair, Skin & Nails

The part I didn't see coming

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper peptide that declines as we age. It has more published research behind it than some of the others, studied for collagen and elastin production, wound healing, hair health, and skin remodeling. It's the science behind that "glow from within" look, not a filter, not a facial, actual repair happening underneath.

I love that KLOW contains GHK-Cu, but here's the thing, GHK-Cu can also be used on its own if you're only wanting to focus on hair growth, which I love. I've helped so many people start on this one, and they've had great results. Here are a couple of people who've used GHK-Cu and some of what they've experienced.

What's In KLOW

Healing + recovery + inflammation + skin

KLOW combines four compounds that each target a different part of repair and recovery: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and KPV.

BPC-157

Repair

  • Tendons + ligaments
  • Muscle + connective tissue
  • Injury recovery
  • Inflammation regulation

TB-500

Regeneration

  • Cell migration to injured tissue
  • Soft-tissue repair
  • Collagen deposition
  • Tissue remodeling

GHK-Cu

Collagen + skin

  • Collagen + elastin support
  • Skin repair and remodeling
  • Hair and skin health
  • Wound healing

KPV

Inflammation + gut

  • Helps regulate inflammatory pathways
  • Studied for intestinal inflammation
  • Supports the gut and mucosal barrier

Why do people use KLOW?

Instead of focusing on just one injury, people are drawn to KLOW because it brings repair, regeneration, collagen, and inflammation support together in one protocol, joints, connective tissue, gut, and skin, all at once.

Who is it for?

Commonly sought out for: joint, tendon, or ligament issues, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic aches and inflammation, workout recovery, skin aging and collagen support, gut and inflammatory concerns, and anyone who wants broader, whole-body repair rather than one specific fix.

The individual ingredients each have research behind them, but KLOW as a four-compound combination hasn't been studied in controlled human trials, benefits attributed to the full stack are extrapolated from the individual components.

Is This For You?

Who actually uses KLOW like this

Most interest in KLOW doesn't come from people chasing fat loss or muscle gain directly — it comes from people who want their skin, hair, and overall glow to actually match how hard they're working on everything else.

Prioritizing healthy aging & skin

Wants to support collagen, skin quality, and tissue resilience as part of aging well, not just treating one issue.

Dealing with thinning hair

Noticing more shedding or slower growth than she used to, and wants real support, not another supplement that does nothing.

"My skin just doesn't glow like it used to"

Doing all the skincare, still not seeing the change she wants. Looking for something that works from the inside instead of another serum.

I just want to feel resilient again

Overextended, running on empty, wants the whole package, recovery, energy, and how she looks, not just one specific fix.

"People started noticing my skin before I even said anything about what I was doing differently."

This reflects promising preclinical and early research, not approved treatment claims. Evidence quality varies by ingredient, and many reported benefits are anecdotal — long-term safety in humans hasn't been established.

Questions I Get A Lot

Recovery, answered

Yes. BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu are all prescribed only after a licensed provider reviews your intake through EllieMD. Nothing on this page is something you source or dose yourself.

Through a 503A licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy, prescribed by board-certified providers. This is clinical-grade compounding, not research-use material ordered online.

That was actually my exact situation — my ACL/meniscus tear was two years old before I added BPC-157 and TB-500. Your provider will look at your specific history and current function to guide you.

It varies by person and by tissue. I personally saw a meaningful shift in strength within a month, but timelines aren't guaranteed and depend on your protocol, consistency, and starting point.

Many people do — I personally run several peptides concurrently. Your provider helps you sequence and stack based on your specific goals and history.

Many EllieMD products are FSA/HSA eligible. Insurance coverage for compounded medications is generally limited — worth confirming against your plan during intake.

A typical order runs about two months' worth, though your exact amount and dosing schedule is set by your provider based on your health profile and goals. They'll walk you through exactly what to expect once your protocol is prescribed.

Most protocols run a set number of weeks on, followed by a short break before repeating, if your provider determines that's appropriate for you. Your specific schedule comes from your provider, not a one-size-fits-all rule.

Refrigerate as soon as it arrives, and keep it away from sunlight and shaking. Your order will come with specific storage instructions for exactly what you've been prescribed.

Reported effects are generally mild, things like injection site irritation, a headache, mild nausea, or feeling a little more tired than usual. Human safety data on these peptides is still limited, which is exactly why this goes through a licensed provider rather than being something you source and dose yourself.

Yes. Even though your prescription is reviewed by a licensed provider through EllieMD, your primary doctor should know what you're taking so they have the full picture of your care.

Yes, syringes, alcohol wipes, and everything else you need to get started ship with your prescription.

These are given as a small subcutaneous injection, typically in the thigh, the fatty part of the abdomen, or the back of the arm. Your provider walks you through exactly how, and full instructions ship with your order. If you've never done an injection before, it's a lot less intimidating than it sounds.

Yes, this is exactly why a licensed provider reviews your history before anything is prescribed. Certain situations, like active cancer, pregnancy or breastfeeding, an active infection, significant liver or kidney disease, being on blood thinners, or an autoimmune condition, need extra caution or may rule this out entirely. Your provider will screen for this during intake.

Yes, under your provider's guidance. Recovery peptides support tissue repair while GLP-1s support metabolic health and weight management, so a lot of people run them together. Your provider makes sure the dosing and combination make sense for you specifically.
